    Blocks: (20 points)

    Down block, Up/Rising Block, Knife/Fugul Block, Middle Block , Middle forearm block,

    Tangsoodo Middle Block (palm of fist towards face), High/Low Knife block, Circle-in,

    Circle-Out, Augmented Block, X block lower, X block middle, X block upper, double down block,

    Double Middle block, double up/rising block, double middle forearm block, double circle in, double circle out, down&up block together

    Strikes: (20 points)

    Attack punch, Reverse Punch, Triple Punch, Knife-hand/Chop, Fugul Strike (same as Fugul Block),

    Sliding vertical punch (on front hand) , Jab, Reverse Punch (quick snatch back), Jab-Reverse combo, Hook, Uppercut, hook, uppercut, Palm strike, Kwon Su, One finger strike, two finger strike, three finger strike, four finger strike, 5 finger strike, double palm to body (like in Choon Mu), double palm to the head, double palm high & low to vital body parts.

    Kicks: (20 points)

    Jump kicks from standing still: front, side, roundhouse, turn, spinning back (blind kick) , crescent kick in, crescent kick out, hook kick, axe kick.

    Jump kicks from scissor motion: front, side, roundhouse, turn, jump back kick, crescent in, crescent out, tornado kick

    Judo (20 points):

    Candidate must obtain a Judo rank of yellow or higher or take an equivalent exam from the head instructor in advance. An online version of this test will be done with with video training and demonstrations in the air while explaining the movements.

    Jujitsu: (20 points)

    Students will do the defending movements for complex escapes (block,punch, throw, punch or block, punch, lock/throw, punch, or block, punch, lock/throw, pin) on the air while explaining what they are doing in a video.

    Complex escapes from: front choke, rear choke, side choke, back choke, one wrist, two wrist, front headlock, rear head lock, belt grab, rear bear hug.

    Simple defenses from five knife attacks and five club attacks.Students will do the defending movements for knife and club attacks (block,punch, throw, punch or block, punch, lock/throw, punch, or block, punch, lock/throw, pin) on the air while explaining what they are doing in a video.

    One Steps: (10 points) 10 one-steps----seven for Attack punch, three for overhand strike.

    Students will do the defending movements for complex one-steps (block,punch, throw, punch or block, punch, lock/throw, punch, or block, punch, lock/throw, pin) on the air while explaining what they are doing in a video.

    Sparring Substitute: (20 points)

    10 points each form

    Basic Form One (Kibon 1).

    Naihanchi Shodan (It is also called Chul Ji Chodan in Korean).

    Offline version: Moderate contact to the body, light contact to the head. Loss of control awards means less points are awarded. 2 minutes of continuous sparring with one person, and 2 minutes of continuous sparring with two people. 2 minutes of Judo sparring with one person. 4 minutes of mixed martial arts sparring where Judo and Taekwondo attacks are allowed. Control must be maintained.

    Breaking: (10) points

    Breaking boards will be waived for the online test.

    Offline version: Break one board with one kick, student’s choice.

    Total points possible: 222 Passing score: 170 points or higher.
